To enable inclusive computer literacy, NIELIT launched the “Basic Computer Course (BCC), a program that imparts fundamental computer knowledge with an increased emphasis on hands-on training. The course was developed initially to introduce computer fundamentals to ITI/ITC students undergoing vocational courses, in order to promote appreciation and practical skills in computers.
